Portland, Maine (July 30, 2020) - This shipment is headed to Liberia in partnership with two hospitals: Ganta Leprosy and TB Rehab Center, and Ganta Methodist Hospital. Ganta is the second most populous city in Liberia with a population of 45,000 people, capital of Nimba County, 275 km from Monrovia and bordering Guinea Conakry.

PORTLAND NON-PROFIT SENDS OVER 70,000 SURGICAL MASKS TO CHINA
Portland, Maine (January 28, 2020) - In the past week, Partners for World Health (PWH) has sent out two shipments of surgical and N95 masks to Wuhan, China to assist with the Novel Coronavirus outbreak. Their first shipment went out last Tuesday, January 28, sending out 15,000 surgical masks and the second shipment sent 151 boxes with 60,000 surgical and N95 masks.

Portland, Maine (November 7, 2019) - Tacko Fall, a Senegalese professional basketball player for the Maine Red Claws and the Boston Celtics and some of his teammates will be joining PWH for this container load. Fall was born and raised in Dakar, Senegal and moved to the United States at age 16.

The Portland community, and PWH supporters worked together and quickly raised enough funds to make this shipment happen.
